Goalkeeper Lloris’s serious hand injury
Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris was suspected of breaking his arm when he landed in the wrong position in the 3-0 defeat of Brighton in the Premier League on October 5.
In the third minute, Lloris catches the ball from Pascal Gross’s kick. The ball was not dangerous but the French goalkeeper did not catch the ball, so striker Neal Maupay opened the scoring for Brighton. After dropping the ball, Lloris landed on the wrong technique and fell to the field. His left arm shows signs of breaking. The 32-year-old goalkeeper cried out in pain, requiring immediate medical attention.
The doctor must give Lloris breathing oxygen tanks. When he left the pitcher on the stretcher, he kept complaining of pain and forced the doctor to give him more morphine. Lloris was taken to the hospital shortly after.
Image of Lloris injury has a strong impact on goalkeeper David de Gea. He posted on Twitter the name of Lloris on Twitter, along with a prayer sign. Goalkeeper Michael Owen commented: “It was a serious mistake from Lloris. But his injury was really haunting. It looks like he dislocated his elbow.”

Lloris was injured when he landed badly in the middle of a game against Brighton. After dislocating his joint, he screamed in pain and was immediately taken to the hospital.
Due to the relatively long break, Lloris will miss many important matches of Tottenham, including the last four matches of the Champions League group stage. He will also be absent for the last four matches of the Euro qualifier for France.
Llris’ injury contributed to exacerbating the Tottenham crisis. In the last two matches, the runner-up team Champions League last season conceded 10 goals.
The London home team are currently ranked ninth, with 11 points after eight rounds of the Premier League. Because they are 13 points behind leaders Liverpool, they do not have much hope for the ability to compete for the championship.
